We are taking our practice outdoors!

Join us at at Mountain Hawk Park on 4th of July at 8:30 am!

The session will be led by Susie Prestige and Poses Yoga Staff.

 Mountain Hawk is located at 1475 Lake Crest Drive and overlooks Otay Lakes.

 This class will be donation based, but we will never turn anyone away from lack of funds.
