We are conveniently located in the heart of Eastlake at the new Eastlake Village Walk. 
Poses Yoga is walking distance to many Eastlake, Otay Ranch, Rollings Hills, and San Miguel Ranch residents.  We encourage everyone to take advantage of this convenience and walk to the studio.  It’s a good way to warm up before your yoga session!
